Your sponsorships are vital to the success of Booktoberfest, and help the Whittier Public Library Foundation in its mission to support our beloved library. This year, as we honor veterans and designate 50% of our proceeds to the library’s Veteran Resource Center, we’ve added a new benefit to each level of sponsorship at $250 and above—you will be able to honor a military veteran, one who has served in the past or is currently serving, by submitting their service information (branch, rank, etc…) and a photo you choose which will be crafted onto a 20x16 canvas print. These prints will be displayed at our Booktoberfest event, and can be taken home by the sponsor as a keepsake of their honored veteran. Library staff will reach out to sponsors in the months prior to Booktoberfest for veteran photos and information.
Sponsorship Levels
Stars & Stripes Event Sponsor Level - $10,000
- The same ability to honor a veteran as the Veteran Level
- 12 tickets to event and 12 drawing tickets
- Invitation to Champagne Reception at 5pm before the event
- VIP Table with table service
- 2 reserved parking spaces
- Recognition plaque presented at the event
- Highligted verbal recognition at the event with time for designated guest to speak
- Sponsor name prominent on event promotional and program materials (such as 'Booktoberfest 2026 presented by Name Of Sponsor'
- Dedicated 'Step & Repeat' photo backdrop at the event with sponsor name included
- Name highlighted in event program
- Name highlighted on event website for the year following the event

Service Level - $1,500

Honor Level - $500
- The same ability to honor a veteran as the Veteran Level.
- 2 tickets
- Acknowledgment in event program.
- Name on event video scroll.
- Name on event website for the year following the event.
Veteran Level - $250
- A canvas print of your veteran which will be displayed at the event and which you can take home as a keepsake
- Your veteran's name in the event program
- Your name at the bottom of the canvas print as the person honoring the veteran.
